At Selected Jewels we stand for high-quality products at an affordable price! In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your article, make use of your warranty.

At Selected Jewels we use the following warranty terms:

  • 6 months on our jewellery.

 

However, the warranty does not apply to:

  • Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect).
  • Damage due to improper use of the buyer.
  • Damage due to a modification or repair by a third party.
  • Damage from water and / or fire.
  • Damage from normal wear and tear, such as scratches.
  • Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin.
  • Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
  • Discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
  • Loss of back of earrings.
